Carlisle Sports Emporium
Carlisle Sports Emporium is located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and is a family-entertainment center that features an arcade, mini golf, go-karts, and other recreational activities.
The facility has plans for an addition that renovates the site into filling out most of its parcel. The project involves the expansion of the parking lot, over a 60,000 square foot building addition, and the creation of several outdoor leisure and activity areas.
For this project, I was responsible for creating renderings that showed the existing site versus the proposed addition. Additionally, I designed the layout for the parking lot, testing its turns against vehicle radii, and landscaping. The process for design includes permitting, infiltration field testing, and report writing.
St. Basil House of Prayer
St. Basil House of Prayer is a religious facilty that exists in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. The current church is being renovated to include living facilities for nuns, as well as expanding their parking and outdoor space.
For this project, I created renderings and maps that showed all relevant information for both the client as well as the other agencies whose approval was necessary to complete the project. I designed the landscaping as well as the walking loop in the overall plan.
White Valley Athletic & Social Club
The White Valley Athletic and Social Club, established in 1937, is a longstanding community hub located at 1210 Delaware Street, Export, Pennsylvania 15632. The club features a newly remodeled bar and serves as a venue for various social and athletic activities. The sections above show the existing ground surface against a potential connection from the athletic club to the nearby trail with additional parking.
Thomas Campbell Apartments
Thomas Campbell Apartments is a senior living community located at 850 Beech Street, Washington, PA 15301. Designed for individuals aged 62 and older, the facility offers efficiency, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
