Indiana Borough 2030 Comprehensive Plan
Indiana Borough’s latest Comprehensive Plan, titled Indiana2030: Tomorrow Together, is an document that outlines the municipality’s vision, goals, and provides strategies and project ideas to allow them to actually achieve their overall mission.
For this project, I was responsible for document design and layout, as well as maps, graphs, informational graphics, and forming a cohesive language throughout the plan. The plan is over 200 pages long and contains fun and interesting ideas, both visually and contextually, that allow the reader to stay engaged.
The project features five main categories, each of which I created a brand identity for. With bright colors and icons, each concept is made visually distinct, strengthening the concepts and ideas within the plan.

Vandergrift Borough Active Transportation Plan

The Vandergrift Active Transportation Plan is a strategic initiative designed to improve pedestrian, bicycle, and transit access in Vandergrift, PA, fostering a safe, healthier, and more connected community. Developed in alignment with PennDOT's Active Transportation Plan and WalkWorks program guidance, the plan addresses existing infrastructure gaps, safety concerns, and community mobility needs. My role as lead planner and designer included managing the planning process from initial research and community engagement through to drafting the full plan. I conducted on-the-ground assessments, synthesized stakeholder input, and translated technical planning standards into clear, actionable strategies. I also led the development of implementation recommendations tailored to Vandergrift's context, ensuring the plan is both visionary and feasible. This work reflects my ability to guide complex planning projects that balance policy alignment, community values, and practical design.
City of Lock Haven Active Transportation Plan
As the lead planner and designer for the City of Lock Haven Active Transportation Plan, I was responsible for shaping the vision, structure, and implementation framework of a citywide strategy to make walking, biking, and rolling safer, more connected, and more inclusive. I developed the plan's core priority focus areas and translated them into actionable goals, strategies, and catalytic projects rooted in equity, public input, and infrastructure needs. My role included synthesizing extensive community and stakeholder feedback, identifying gaps and opportunities across neighborhoods, and drafting all project narratives and cross-referenced summaries to ensure clarity, cohesion, and traceability within the plan.
I led the creation of a comprehensive system of projects, from the extension of the Bald Eagle Valley Trail and safer routes to Robb Elementary, to improvements at Triangle Park, sidewalk rehabilitation, and micromobility policy support. I also produced verification tools to demonstrate alignment with local priorities and existing conditions. My leadership ensured that the final plan was not only visionary and community-informed, but also implementation ready, positioning Lock Haven to secure funding and advance long-term mobility, health, and safety goals for all residents.
